God on a Leash is a workbook to help liberate your life essence and rehab your inner animal. We all have an inner animal that acts as a survival mechanism, our inner child who was wounded displaying undesirable behavior in order to protect themself. Sometimes these defense mechanisms are no longer valid for us and are now stifling our divine gifts from being on display.

This workbook contains 20 lessons from my dear friend Scooby, my dog of 12 years, who helped me balance my inner animal, empower the relationship with Life and honor death for its wisdom.
Even if your not a dog owner this workbook can still be helpful. Perhaps there is a person or other type of pet in. your life who is teaching you lessons that you may have overlooked. These lessons help to deepen the relationship with ourselves and therefore, each other. It is meant as a guide for you to make your own and special for you. This was my experience and I'm not suggesting it all needs to resonate with you to be beneficial. Take what fits and leave the rest.

After 20 years of working with patients the number one thing I've noticed to be most detrimental and problematic in their lives is stress. More specifically an inability to self soothe in a healthy way when stress arises. An inability. to return oneself back to balance and harmony. This constant stress state wreaks havoc on wellness and health, so mental and emotional stability is essential to true health, without it there is no way to enjoy life, flourish and thrive. This is my intention for myself and anyone who may read this, that we thrive, flourish and enjoy our lives to the fullest.
