This video shows footage of my 3 heaviest attempts in my last Powerlifting meet at the WPC World Powerlifting Championships 2019 in Finland. I competed as a junior representing Great Britain in the under 140kg class, and ended up placing 1st in my class, as well as claiming the BPU Bench Press record in my class. Overall the competition was an amazing experience, and I have enjoyed my experience of Powerlifting! Now I have been back to focusing on my primary goal of eventually competing at an elite level in strongman!

Squat: 290KG (3/3)
Bench Press: 200KG (3/3)
Deadlift: 280KG (2/3)
