Rava cake recipe | semolina cake recipe | suji or sooji cake with detailed recipe. A spongy & sweet cake recipe prepared from rava or semolina with milk & curd or condensed milk
In this video I used condensed milk but if u don't have Condensed milk then use
1 Cup Semolina
1/2 Cup Curd or yogurt
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Oil or melted butter
3/4 Cup Milk
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking soda
2 tsp Vinegar
If u going to use microwave preheat & bake at 180°c for 40 mins
However, this recipe is simple sponge rava cake without any flavour.
