I've been focusing on staying consistent in my day-to-day life, whether it's my cleaning routine once a week, hitting the gym, or whatever it may be. My routine hasn't always been this consistent; last year, I fell into a bit of a slump for about 6-8 months. Something that helped me work my way out of that slump was having some type of structure and a constant routine. It helped me maintain a sense of normalcy and prevented me from feeling overwhelmed. Set small goals for yourself and stay consistent.
