In this video, I show you guys how to use the alpha glow effect in premiere pro! Basically what it does is create an outline on the alpha (or transparency) channel of your clip or image. It's pretty easy but there are some variables involved so I created three examples with different types of footage to get you all started! This is a cool glowing effect that can make things look radioactive, illuminated, outlined, textured, etc. This would be perfect for music videos, or as a secondary effect to other fx sequences. I explain the basics of what you need to know here in the video, but, as always, I leave room for you guys to explore and have fun with it.
