In this video, I share the four main categories that I am living and ask you to assess where you are. Are you a survivor dealing with a loss, separation, or divorce? Or are you an adventurer and traveler looking for lifelong learning experiences? Or are you living a life of quiet contemplation and reflection. Perhaps, like me, you embody a little of all four of these lifestyles.

Women in their sixties have so much opportunity to choose or fuse these many lifestyles. Which one resonates most with you?
