Uphill - Polish dreamy/shoegaze band from Poznan formed in 2022 by Wojtek Liebthal (guitar, vocals, synths) Almost all band members are friends from childhood. Dominik Nowak (drums) Maciej Bucholski (vocals, guitar) Oskar Konopelski (bass guitar).
Uphill quickly established a strong presence on the local scene. The band fluctuates around the alternative genres of shoegaze and dreampop. Their spacious, dreamy, often deep and layered sounds create a magical atmosphere, making each live appearance a unique experience. Both through a wall of sound that one can willingly surrender to, as well as soft and spacious ambient soundscapes.
