My wife Morgan and I traveled to SW Florida for a week. I haven't done much saltwater fishing, but did a little research and brought along a couple rods. The last few days of our trip we stayed at a beach house on North Captiva and I fished from the shore for snook and anything else that would bite!
After catching a baby tarpon on Sanibel Island a few days earlier I was able to add five new species to my fishing list - baby tarpon, snook, pompano, leatherjacket, and ladyfish.
