The Palm Springs Leather Pride 2023 animated presentation was a one-of-a-kind experience, in that in combined, sound, motion, content alongside a looping video-like presentation. The presentation, at the end of the animated introductory sequence, heads to the menu presentation and its subsequent indefinite loop.
The looping mechanism was put into place to make certain the screen, be it on a laptop, desktop, pad or mobile phone, television (bar), or otherwise, would remain active, brining attention back to the menu. And, since the menu has short URLs along with scannable QR Codes, sales were easy to come by from any given marketing or advertising position they posted in.
Clearly, a one of a kind presentation, all a web-based using CSS/JavaScript/PHP and data feeds from EventBrite. Not to mention, got all this to work on WIX (for the most part), with use of a proxy server for the more refined requirements for the programmed/scripted presentation.
All done by DoctorLouie (Luis Gustavo Rodriguez), all hard-coded and desgined from scratch.
