The clip posted is the introductory sequence for a "Sunday Night Football" telecast on ESPN from the year 1996. The purpose of this clip is to showcase the background music and introductory visual sequence for historical, informative purposes, rather than to provide a complete, or even partial, rebroadcast of the specific events of the sporting event in question, or to deprive the copyrighting party of any profit with this clip. Per Section 107:
