Let's take a look at the State Visit between these two countries 23-25 May 2023. The Grand Duke welcomed the President and 1st lady of Cabo Verde. Unfortunately Grand Duchess Maria-Teresa is missing and according to sources she was ill.
QUESTION: Who besides myself think that they had enough princesses to fill in? I just donot believe they would leave the 1st Lady hanging out there by herself. Sorry! Anyways, let's look at what the 1st Lady wore for the three day visit. She is a beautiful woman and overall I liked her outfits~
Of course the Grand Duke Henri looked handsome & well dressed as he always does!
