Описание: Coffee oils and used particles can get stuck in the group head, which is why it’s important to wash them every day. This may seem like a lot of work, but in three quick easy steps, you can make sure that your espresso machine is delivering exceptional coffee with every brew.

A group head purge is one of those things that should become a regular habit for you to do as an espresso machine owner. Why? Because spending a short amount of time taking care of your espresso machine before and after making a cup coffee is essential to making sure it is clean and working properly, saving you time and money in the future as well as ensuring you are getting rich, full-flavored coffee every time.

Directions:
1. Before your first extraction, insert the filter basket you intend to use for your shot, then put the portafilter into the group head.
2. Run a short flow of water through the portafilter by touching the ‘Brew’ icon.
3. Allow the water to flow for 5-seconds then touch the button again to stop the flow of water. This will purge any ground coffee residue from the group head and stabilize the water temperature prior to extraction. Make sure to dry your portafilter prior to grinding and tamping your coffee.
