The Class of 2003-2005 was the first batch to start on IIM Kozhikode's spectacular hilltop campus (previous batches started at the REC (now NIT) Calicut campus).
They were the first batch of 125 students - double the size of the previous batch.
As the seventh batch of then young fifth IIM, they had to be entrepreneurial and be ambassadors and brand builders for IIM Kozhikode - often having to explain where "Kozhikode" was!
They launched the first version of Sangram - the fiercely contested inter-IIM sports contest, putting up a valiant fight against IIM Bangalore which had far more students and facilities in 2004. Cricket was played at the MCG (Mess Cricket Ground!) on an empty patch near the students mess.
They reached the finals of the all India University Challenge quiz contest.
They had two incredible years on India's dream campus creating memories for a lifetime, with a rich campus life and unforgettable trips around Kerala and other southern states.
