i have been working on this video for awhile now. i heard kayla mallecs story and it inspired me to finally post this for you.i want to highlight the fact that healing from a breakup is not a linear process. there are ups and downs and repeats the entire time. it is okay to not be okay. but with one small step at a time you can leave that friendship or relationship that is not beneficial to your needs. no matter how small or big the situation is. you deserve to be truly happy. never ever let anyone dull your sunshine.
