It does! Your weekend is key to a great Monday! Get out, do something new, do something you enjoy - spend time with people that feed your soul - break free from routine. Enjoy your life.
Having a great weekend will increase your happiness and set you up for the week ahead.
It's already Monday though, so get planning your amazing weekend now. Make plans, do something for you! Those great weekend vibes will start spilling over in to your week and the good times will roll!
Let's get back to today though. This email is all about giving you some short, sweet advice to improve your mindset for the week ahead, here it is!
This weeks mindset motion
*. Choose 3 new positive tasks or activities to put in place this week starting today
*. Keep them positive, small and achievable
*. Write them down and tick them off as you complete them

Completing new tasks (or even starting and completing tasks you have been avoiding) and activities is great for our mindset as it gives us a sense of achievement and that makes us feel good and motivates us to do more.
