🟢食材:
排骨 600 克
蕪菁甘藍 700 克
韮蔥 1 根
薑 1 塊
鹽 適量
🟢做法:
1️⃣ 蕪菁甘藍洗淨,去皮切塊,韮蔥掰開葉子洗淨切段。排骨汆水後瀝乾備用。
2️⃣ 燒一鍋水,水滾後加入1塊薑,排骨,蕪菁甘藍,轉小火煲1小時,喜歡老火湯的可以煲1.5或者2小時。
3️⃣ 最後把韮蔥加入煮5分鐘,放適量鹽調味即成。
📌溫馨提示:老火湯經過長時間烹調會令肉類的嘌呤釋放到湯水裏,建議痛風人士少喝老火湯。
🟢Ingredients:
Pork ribs - 600g
Swede - 700g
Leek - 1 stalk
Ginger - 1 piece
Salt - to taste
🟢Cooking Directions:
1️⃣ Wash and peel the swede, then cut into chunks. Wash the leek and pull apart the leaves to wash it thoroughly then cut into sections. Blanch the pork ribs, then drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add one piece of ginger, pork ribs, and swede. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 hour. If you prefer a slow-cooked soup, you can simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours.
3️⃣ Finally, add the leek and simmer for 5 minutes. Season with salt to taste.
📌Kind Tips:Double-stewed soup is cooked for a long time, which can cause purines from the meat to be released into the soup. People with gout recommended consume less.
