In Lahore LDA is monetary authority of all Housing Scheme rather launched by private developer or by any other Co-Operative body. Before giving NOC to any Housing Scheme LDA Pledge their at least 20% plots on different category and in different block which is token of assurance that developer will develop scheme according to the plan submitted and approved by LDA.
