HOW TO APPLY CRACKLE PASTE – STEP BY STEP
✨ Create beautiful vintage cracks in your art & furniture projects using our Crackle Paste (200 ml for Rs. 500)
Here’s how you do it ⬇️
🔸 Step 1: Prep Your Surface
Make sure your surface is clean and dry. You can apply a base coat of chalk paint (light or dark depending on the effect you want). Let it dry completely.
🔸 Step 2: Apply the Crackle Paste
Use a palette knife or brush to apply a thin, even layer of Nostalgia Nest Furnishes Crackle Paste. The thicker the paste, the bigger the cracks.
🔸 Step 3: Let It Work
For subtle cracks, let it air dry.
For dramatic & quicker results, use a heat gun! Hold it 6-8 inches away and gently heat the surface. You’ll start seeing the magic happen in minutes!
🔸 Step 4: Optional Top Layer
Once dry and cracked, you can seal it or paint over lightly for a textured look. Perfect for vintage & rustic finishes!
