충전기에 꽂아도 반응이 없는 상태였고, 점검 결과 내부 셀 사망이 확인되었습니다. 기존의 죽은 셀을 모두 들어내고, 강력한 신품 고방전 18650 셀로 교체하여 완벽하게 복원했습니다.
신형이든 구형이든 배터리가 죽으면 답은 리필입니다. 새것보다 더 짱짱한 성능으로 되살려 드렸습니다.

This is the new model Milwaukee M12 B2 battery, which arrived completely dead. It looks different from the old version, but the issue is the same: worn-out cells.
It showed no response on the charger, and diagnostics confirmed the internal cells were dead. I removed the old cells and did a full refill with fresh, high-discharge 18650 cells to restore it completely.
New or old, when a battery dies, the answer is a refill. It's now running better than new.
