Don't have a bamboo steamer to steam your soup dumplings? Try the rack and plate method! 🍽
*These metal racks usually come as an accessory to a rice cooker or instant pot, but you can easily find one online as well!
Rack and Plate Method:
✨Place metal rack into pot.
✨Make sure to add enough water to your pot so that it doesn't exceed the plate, but enough water so that it doesn't evaporate during the steaming process.
✨Once water is at a rolling boil, place frozen soup dumplings on plate making sure they're one inch apart.
✨Set timer for 11 minutes. Once timer is up, let dumplings set for an additional minute.
✨Dumplings should reach an internal temperature of at least 165°F.
✨Top with your favorite sauces and enjoy!~
