She carried those principles through her academic career, graduating magna cum laude from the University of Virginia’s College at Wise, where she also captained the Lady Cavaliers softball team. She went on to earn her law degree from Appalachian School of Law, graduating in the top ten of her class while serving as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for children and Senior Articles Editor for the Appalachian Law Review.

Today, Dani applies that strong foundation to help individuals and families navigate complex legal challenges, including:
