Описание: I have received several email inquiries regarding FMA instructional DVDs and such, so I decided to begin producing a few basic step-by-step instructional videos... I hope that in the spirit of martial brotherhood we can learn to share techniques and innovations rather than covet and hide them. Pintados Stickboxing incorporates a number of Armbars and Elbow Tendon Destructions as counter offence against common attacks. This video is a basic primer for the "armbar", and how we utilize the basic armbar principles into number of our Dumog / Panantukan limb destructions and control applications.
