The absolute truth is that I do not want to do my hair. It has been six weeks since I’ve had my hair shampooed.

The video of me slinging my freshly pressed hair. On this day I got my hair shampooed, deep conditioned, and pressed out.

That was on October 11, 2023. Today is November 23, 2023, and I do not feel like shampooing my hair.🥹

I don’t want to do it! 😩 So with me not combing it, just brushing it every day I wake up and get dressed, it began to matt at the roots.

The hair in the sink is the hair I combed out today when trying to comb through it.

All hair types have surrounded me for the past three decades, and I know better. I’m sharing this with you because I know there is someone out there who can relate to how I’m feeling today.

Please don’t do it like me. Stick to your routine to keep up the health of your hair.

One good thing is that as long as I’m on this side of the grass, my hair is constantly growing.
