I realize I didn't talk about the memory. Most low- and mid-end SKUs, like the $999 and $1199 model i mention, will come with 16GB (2x 8GB) DDR4-3200 memory. Top-end SKUs will contain 32GB (2x 16GB) DDR4-3200 memory.
I'll add more info when I learn more about pricing in other regions. Right now that information is just scarse and not very reliable. I'm seeing a 1399 EUR version here in the Netherlands for the Ryzen 7-4800H, RTX 2060, 1TB SSD, 90wH Battery version with 32GB. That suggests 1299 EUR for a 16GB version is likely, and that would be very competitive. But we really have to wait and see for actual stock!
Clarification: In testing, I always use the "Turbo" preset for all performance benchmarks, assuming you want to get as much performance as possible there. I use the "Silent" preset (plus kb backlight off, display set to 180 nits) for all battery related testing.
