My phone was having this wired problem from past 2 months. Whenever I get a call after one or two rings it will get disconnected. I wonder why suddenly my friends and family members are saving money. I missed lots of calls when I call them back they say you didn't pick the call.
Then I realized there is a problem with my RedMi note 4 phone. It will show missed call after ringing for three times but from the callers end it would still be ringing.
I am not sure it was a software issue or VoLTE network issue. Anyways I found the cause and solved it. I believe this issue (call gets disconnected) has been faced by many users. I hope the video is useful and informative.
