Had an amazing discussion with Samarth Jain, who recently graduated from #IITDelhi and joined Zomato(Eternal) as the product manager.
Gone are the days when companies used to visit only B-schools for hiring PMs as part of #campus placement. In the last few years, many startups and companies have also been visiting engineering colleges to hire product managers.

As of now, it's mostly the IITs who are the preferred choice, but soon companies might start the campus placement for Tier-2/3 colleges as well.
He shared his journey right from the preparation phase, to getting rejected in companies like #Flipkart, #AMEX, and finally landing a role in Zomato.
