Описание: VDMA und T-Systems präsentieren gemeinsam mit der Initiative umati (universal machine technology interface) auf der diesjährigen Hannover Messe die erste globale Manufacturing-X-Lösung mit offenen Standards für Maschinendaten. Der Demonstrator zeigt den CO2-Fußabdruck von verschiedenen Produkten in einem Datenraum. Werke in Asien, Brasilien, Deutschland, Spanien und den USA teilen Live-Daten aus dem Produktionsprozess und für Manufacturing-X einsatzbereiten Geräten. Die Lösung berechnet live den „Product Carbon Footprint“ und dokumentiert ihn in einem digitalen Produktpass. Die Teilnehmer behalten dabei stets die Souveränität über ihre Maschinen- und Produktionsprozessdaten.

Erstmals können vor allem kleine und mittelgroße Unternehmen eine Implementierung der im VDMA entwickelten „X for Machinery“-Architektur erleben und als Blaupause für den eigenen einfachen Zugang zu Datenräumen nutzen. Die „X for Machinery“-Architektur beschreibt, wie eine Auswahl von international etablierten Standards und Technologien genutzt und kombiniert werden kann, um einen Zugang zu Datenräumen zu realisieren.

VDMA and T-Systems, together with the umati (universal machine technology interface) initiative, are presenting the first global Manufacturing-X solution with open standards for machine data at this year's Hannover Messe. The demonstrator shows the CO2 footprint of various
products in a data space. Plants in Asia, Brazil, Germany, Spain and the USA share live data from their production processes and Manufacturing-X ready equipment. The solution calculates the product carbon footprint live and documents it in a digital product passport. The participants always retain sovereignty over their machinery and production process data.

For the first time, small and medium-sized enterprises, in particular, can experience an implementation of the "X for Machinery" architecture developed by the VDMA and use it as a blueprint for their own simple access to data spaces. The "X for Machinery" architecture describes how a selection of internationally established standards and technologies can be used and combined to realize access to data spaces.
