TJ shares his story from a childhood marked with abuse to hope and independence. Starting out on our graduate programme and now progressing into a Lead Functional Analyst role, (with thanks to practical support for mental health & finances, and the encouragement of compassionate leaders) TJ has found the confidence to build a future at Vodafone, that he once thought was impossible.
