Описание: Richer was born on July 13th, 1986, becoming the oldest of three children. His grades in school were above average, and he was active in sports. He was also a regular church-attending Christian who worked for his father's construction company, which is how he helped pay for his Golden West College degree. He later transferred to Long Beach City College after finding the nearby beach too distracting to complete school work. He studied engineering and had hoped to be the first person in his family to have a college degree. However, he had been addicted to Yahoo chatrooms since the age of seventeen, meeting approximately twenty women online that he then met in person (although he was only intimate with roughly four of them). Little did Richer know this behavior would soon affect him for the rest of his life.

Nineteen-year-old Richer started an internet conversation with a decoy pretending to be a thirteen-year-old girl. Richer lied about his age, saying he was twenty. After only a few minutes of conversation, Richer enquired about the decoy's bra size and whether she was a virgin. He then questioned about her shaving her genitals and if her boyfriend had engaged in backdoor action. Richer questioned whether she enjoyed receiving oral as well as sex in general. He then changed the topic by asking what her favorite positions were. Later, Richer admitted that he was obsessed with the idea of being with her. Richer recommended they meet up the next day in a hotel or parking lot. After the decoy informed him that her parents would be leaving, Richer requested that she shave for him and said he was really horny.

Richer repeated his claim that he was horny while enquiring as to if any of her friends were sexually active. He then worried that he might get into problems if they were caught. The next day, Richer probed about the decoy's history with backdoor action and assured her that he would be "gentle." He claimed to have enjoyed having backdoor action with several different girls. The conversation then turned to oral, with him expressing a desire to "eat out" and asking if she could "deepthroat." When the decoy declared she didn't want to engage in backdoor action, Richer suggested he would use lubrication. Richer then asked the decoy if she had pleasured herself before returning to chat about other positions. Days later, after Richer had talked more about what he wanted to accomplish with a decoy, the two scheduled a meeting.
