This session stays fully on the mat, allowing you to move through controlled Pilates sequences that build strength, stability, and posture while keeping the workout low-impact and accessible.
Wrist weights are used to keep the arms lightly loaded throughout the class, helping to tone the shoulders and arms while maintaining the natural flow of Pilates movement.
Don’t have wrist weights? No problem, you can also do this class with bodyweight only or use light dumbbells (1–2kg).
