Manual Aggregation Station (MAS-200) is the latest addition to the innovative and impressive portfolio of VISIOTT’s traceability systems. This aggregation system can read multiple 2D Data Matrix codes with the help of a high-resolution industrial camera. It can read under the overwrap packaging material with the aid of a specially designed illumination system which eliminates the reflection of light. The solution aggregates the decoded 2D Data Matrix codes and prints case, and pallet SSCC labels according to GS1 standards. This helps in the traceability of the product throughout the supply chain. It works with all levels of aggregation such as overwrap, case and pallets. Thanks to its simple design, it is easy and safe to use.
