1 - They do NOT value your privacy. Your profile photo, content is NOT private (non members can search the site and view your profile)
2 - UK- based site: majority of members reside in the UK, majority of members are South Asian ethnicity (nothing wrong with that but not everyone is as "open-minded") and un-willing to relocate
3 - Free membership for Male and Female is different. Male members can only view and filter profiles but need to pay to send or read a message. Female members can send messages, read, reply, see who's like/view their profile and get 20 matches / day (if requested) BUT this is activated on the second day of joining
4 - Fake Profiles - anyone can create a profile without having it reviewed or verified. Consider: how many profiles on the site are actually real and how many are fake, no wonder they have so "many members"
5 - Very BAD customer service/lack of service - hardly get a response from their "support staff" so reporting someone may not result in any action taken (check the reviews)
6 - Lack of security system/staff to verify profiles and scammers on site
7 - Too Costly for offering nothing relevant. A site like this does not deserve your hard earnings.

NIQABI - if you upload a photo with a niqab, it will be rejected and deleted from your profile. Their main message "The image you have uploaded does not have a clear visible face."

Note: If you are not active for a short time, you will get logged out automatically and have to re-log in again

What's good:
Ability to Filter by everything you can think of, it really allows you to pick every criteria you can think of including your eye and hair color preference!
Ability to view the distance in miles between you and the members shown in your search results
Has multiple payment methods
Ability to search for both genders (for those who want to look for their brother or sister etc )
Can block and report members

In summary, consider what is being offered is not worth it; better off being FREE. For the serious members, it's best if you have not found someone after a long period of time, its best to try another site or service.
