Activation of our parasympathetic nervous system is key for calming the body, resting, and restoration. It plays a key role in balancing our energy as this activation counteracts our sympathetic nervous system or our “fight or flight” response.
Try this practice if you’re chronically anxious. It can be done throughout the day, anywhere and at anytime.
