Hot Maple Toddy Recipe
Warm, bright, and pure fall comfort in a mug.
Ingredients:
• 2 oz bourbon
• ½ oz maple syrup
• ½ oz fresh lemon juice
• Hot apple cider or hot water (to top)
• Optional: ¼ oz honey syrup (for extra body)
• Garnish: Cinnamon stick & grated nutmeg
Instructions:
1. Add bourbon, maple syrup, lemon juice, and optional honey syrup to a heat-safe mug.
2. Top with hot apple cider or hot water.
3. Stir gently with a cinnamon stick.
4. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.

Smoked Maple Boulevardier Recipe
Bold, bitter-sweet, smoky, and dangerously smooth.
Ingredients:
• 1½ oz bourbon (Larceny used in episode)
• 1 oz Carpano Antica sweet vermouth
• 1 oz Campari
• ¼ oz maple syrup
• Orange peel (for flaming)
• Smoke (wood chips, smoker, or cloche)
Instructions:
1. Chill a coupe glass with nugget ice, then discard.
2. Add bourbon, sweet vermouth, Campari, and maple syrup to a mixing glass.
3. Add ice and stir until well chilled.
4. Strain into chilled coupe glass.
5. Smoke the glass using a smoker or cloche.
6. Flame orange peel over the top and garnish.
