🍪 KINDER COOKIES RECIPE - A step-by-step guide for the best cookies ever!

Perfect with a cup of tea or a glass of milk, these easy and simple cookies will put a smile on your face after one bite.

The great thing about these cookies 🍪 is that you can freeze the dough balls and make however many you need. I keep a stash of these in the freezer and freshly bake one whenever a cookie craving kicks in.

Ingredients:
125g butter
85g light soft brown sugar
85g caster sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla essence
300g plain flour
1 ½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
200g kinder chocolate, broken into segments

In a bowl beat the butter and sugars together until light and creamy.
Add the egg and vanilla and mix again. Add the flour, baking powder and mix until a cookie dough is formed.
Mix through the Kinder chocolate, then divide into balls. Place in the freezer to firm up for atleast an hour.
Preheat the oven to 170c. Line baking sheet with greaseproof paper and place cookie dough balls on each sheet spread out. Bake for 20 minutes.
Leave the cookies to cool on the tray if you can resist from eating them straight away.
