9 - Excellent.
8 - Good.
7 - Satisfactory.
6 - Mediocre.
5 - Not for me, but nothing technically wrong about it.
4 - Something is slightly wrong.
3 - Something is moderately wrong.
2 - Something is very wrong.
1 - Someone should call the health department.
