Описание:
Before working on somersaults, make sure that dancers have developed enough upper body strength to support and lift themselves up.
1️⃣ Begin in a tight ball pose with the forehead to the knees, legs and feet together, hands on the mat.
2️⃣ Roll forward over the head onto the shoulders – use those leg muscles for a strong push!
3️⃣ Finish in a nice tuck position.
Is your dancer new to somersaults? Start with legs wide apart for an easier start. 🙌
