Описание: This 30 minute intermediate to advanced vinyasa yoga flow will challenge your strength, flexibility and balance. Get ready to sweat and feel full body burn. This power yoga practice will focus on core and upper body strength and stability, balance, backbends and inner thigh flexibility. Rise up to a challenge and complete this intense practice with me.

This fun, sweaty, energizing total body vinyasa yoga flow for advanced level will specifically target your core strength and stability as well as your upper body strength, back flexibility and balance. This flow will draw all of your attention onto the yoga mat and into your body, away from your thoughts and outside world. This practice includes a few of very unique and interesting sequences and exercises that feel like a dance. They will demand your undivided focus, grace, stamina and control. The will be no breaks offered but you are more than welcome to pause this video and take a child’s pose whenever it feels necessary. After you repeat this sequence a few times your body will begin to memorize the sequence and learn new skills and workload.

This practice is perfect on days when you have limited time but lots of energy to push your limits and step out of your comfort zone by trying something new and different. You will definitely feel awake and energized once you step off the mat. If time allows you can complement this practice with deeper stretches to cool down.

This sequence is build around:

Warrior II variations for inner thigh flexibility and extended hand to toe pose
Plank and fallen triangle variations for core and upper body strength
Crow and tripod headstand
Wheel pose for back flexibility

This full body yoga practice will be suitable for more experienced practitioners but you can always modify a few movements to match your level of energy and needs.

Remember to do your own general warmup before you begin with this sequence.

No equipment is necessary for this practice. Do your best, stay patient and grateful for all the change you are creating. Remember to smile and have fun.
