In this video I go over how to remove & reinstall the mower deck, replace the blades, and remove the factory Recycler baffles on my Toro 75750 5000 series 50" Timecutter. I got some Oregon G5 Gator mulching blades to replace the factory blades and I decided to remove the factory mulching solution (Recycler Kit), because it's far easier to keep the deck clean & I get a far superior cut with the replacement blades.

Overall these blades make for a great upgrade & I can strongly recommend them for my mower! After 50 hours the mower itself has been reliable and easy to maintain, I just wouldn't buy the Recycler Kit, it's cheaper and better to just upgrade the blades.

Edit: I use the recycler baffles seasonally now- in the fall when I need to chop up leaves, the baffles help a lot to chop things up, side discharge doesn't work very well. But come springtime it's still much better to mow grass without them, especially to keep things clean!
