Cheesy Macaroni Salad

This is my Mom's recipe. She is the only person I have known of to make this version of macaroni salad. Give it a try!!
1 pound pasta noodles of your choice
I/3 cup or so chopped bell pepper your choice of colors
4 ounce jar diced pimento peppers
1 pound Velveeta cheese cubed
3 TBSP mayonnaise
Cook pasta noodles and drain
While noodles are cooking, chop bell pepper into small dice
Drain pimento peppers
Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix well
You can eat this at room temp, but it should be stored in the refrigerator
