Filmed on Friday, August 4 2023, I drive around the village Exeter, IL to see what's going on.
In this town I encountered a friendly pup who thought my car was his new best friend.
Exeter was named for Exeter, New Hampshire.
The Potawatomi Trail of Death passed through here in 1838.
As of the census of 2020, there were 70 people residing in the village.
The racial makeup of the village was 98.57% White and 1.43% Native American.
