🥔 INGREDIENTS (serves 1)
• 1 medium potato
• 1 egg
• 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
• 2 Tbsp water
• Salt, black pepper, mixed seasoning to taste
• 1 Tbsp olive or vegetable oil
Optional to serve: chopped green onion, sour cream or mayo
👨🍳 5 SIMPLE STEPS
• Thin-slice (or coarsely grate) potato; add to a bowl with egg, flour, water, salt, pepper; mix.
• Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium.
• Pour mix and spread into a 6–7-inch (15–18 cm) round.
• Cover and cook 3–4 min; flip, cover again 3 min until set and lightly browned.
• Serve warm with green onion and sour cream/mayo. Enjoy classic potato pancake.
