INGREDIENTS
1 and 1/2 cupds of small red kidney beans (small Kashmiri red rajma )
1/3 cup of mustard oil
1/3 tsp of asafoetida powder
1 tsp of cumin seeds
4 green cardamom pods
1 black cardamom
5 cloves
1 bay leaf
2 medium size onions, chopped
2 tbsp of ginger&garlic paste
1 and 1/2 cups of fresh tomato puree
1 tsp of ground turmeric
2 tbsp of ground coriander
1 tsp of ground Kashmiri red chilli
1 tsp of ground red chilli
1/2 tsp of crushed black pepper
1/2 tsp of garam masala
salt to taste
some chopped coriander leaves
3 green chillies
