Badwater Basin on 3 Very Different Days (Death Valley Visit - Part 2)

In this second video of the series Death Valley NP Dec 2019 Visit, I take you along on three different trips we took down to Badwater Basin.

Badwater Basin is the lowest point in North Amerca at 282 feet below sea level. It is also touted as the hottest and driest. Not so much for me! :) I had the pleasure of visiting during a passing fall storm, which actually dropped significant rainfall onto the valley floor.

So the first time we see the typically sunny, warm salt flats but on the second visit, it's cloudy, foggy and raining! The video finishes with the third trip to enjoy large puddles of water and gorgeous reflections of the surrounding mountains.
