Today it was a rainy day in America, and I woke up with a shock — my check had bounced! 😳
I suddenly saw $708 deducted from my account and panicked. At first, I thought it was my credit card bill. But then I started thinking… how could I possibly spend $708? I usually spend around $400–$500 a month on food, and my credit card is on auto-pay. Something didn’t make sense.
I quickly checked my bank details and called the bank. That’s when I found out that the check I had deposited got bounced. I was completely shocked and nervous.
Without wasting time, I immediately booked an Uber and went to the bank. Then I went to the company that issued the check and requested a new one. Thankfully, they gave me another check. I deposited it again and now I’m really hoping that this time it clears successfully and I get my money back.
