Method:
1. Boil the spinach leaves for 2 mins on a high flame.
2. Drain the water and grind it to make a fine paste by adding Green chili, ginger & garlic.
3. Heat a pan with some oil and fry the paneer as shown in the video. (This step is optional if you don't like fried paneer, then no need for this step).
4. Heat some oil in a pan and add Cumin seeds and Dry red chilly to it.
5. Once the Cumin seeds splatters, add chopped onion to it and fry it for some time.
6. Then add tomatoes to it and add, turmeric powder, Curry powder, and salt to it and fry till the tomatoes become soft.
7. Now add the Spinach paste and give it mix and boil it for some time.
8. Now add either fried Paneer (or non-fried paneer) to it and cook it for few minutes by covering the lid of the pan on a low-medium flame.
9. After 2-3 minutes uncover the pan, give a good mix, and serve hot.
