Hanumanfatak सीहोर में सीवन नदी के तट पर प्राचीन हनुमान फाटक मंदिर स्थित है। यहां भगवान हनुमान राम के चरणों के दर्शन करते हैं। प्रतिमा नौ फीट की है, मंदिर का मुख्य द्वार महज चार फीट का है। मुख्य द्वार के ऊपर भगवान राम, लक्ष्मण, सीता विराजमान हैं। हनुमान जी की नजर सीधे श्री राम के चरणों पर पड़ती है। यही वजह है कि मंदिर की ख्याति जिला सहित प्रदेश भर में अपनी पहचान बनाए हुए है।
मंदिर का इतिहास पेशवा कालीन है। बताया जाता है कि काले पहाड़ के पास हनुमानजी की प्रतिमा नदी में पीठ के बल थी। शिला के रूप में लोग कपड़े धोने का काम लेते थे। तभी प्रथम पेशवा को स्वप्न में हनुमान जी ने प्रतिमा होने की बात कही। स्वप्न की सच्चाई जानने खुदाई की गई तो यह स्वयंभू प्रतिमा अपने वास्तविक रूप में नजर आई। जिसे कस्बा क्षेत्र में बने सीवन घाट पर मंदिर का निर्माण कर स्थापित किया गया था। मंदिर का निर्माण भी अपने आप में अनोखा है। यहां भगवान की प्रतिमा नौ फीट की है, मंदिर का मुख्य द्वार महज चार फीट का है। मंदिर में प्रतिमा को इस तरह विराजमान किया गया है कि पांच सौ फीट की दूरी से भी पूर्ण प्रतिमा के दर्शन होते हैं। वहीं, मुख्य द्वार के ऊपर भगवान राम, लक्ष्मण, सीता विराजमान है। हनुमान जी की नजर सीधे  श्री राम के चरणों पर पड़ती है। श्री राम की आर्शीवाद मुद्रा सिर के ऊपर पड़ती है।
