Описание: Running motivation is something we all struggle with from time to time. In this video, I want to share three of my favourite tips to help you stay motivated for your training, and keep you on track with your running as you prepare for your next big goal!

The three running motivation tips in this video are:

1 - RUN WITH FRIENDS
Whether you want to join a running club, or even use social media to share your running achievement with an online running community, the power of connecting with other runners is an amazing way to keep yourself on target with your running. You might even want to schedule running with friends as a social occasion... which will make it a bit more awkward to cancel if you don't feel like running on the day!!

2 - ADD VARIETY TO YOUR TRAINING
Another trick for maintaining running motivation is to create a little more variety in your training. As well as mixing your training sessions up, you could also try running in new surroundings. You know what they say... a change is as good as a break!

3 - ENTER MORE RUNNING EVENTS
Rather than just focusing on one running event (or race) that feels a long time away in the diary, consider entering a number of other events as part of your training for your main event or race. For example, if you're training for a marathon in April, try entering a 2-3 10k or 10-mile events in January and February, and a half marathon in March! Don't forget parkrun, the weekly free 5k events all around the world! T

here really is no excuse not to try some of these strategies for boosting your running motivation! I'm sure they will help :)
