Session 5 ➜ 12:00 pm - 12:50 pm + 10 min break
Session 6 ➜ 1:00 pm - 1:50 pm

🏋🏻‍♂️Walking: every hour of work/study getting up and walking for a few minutes is a useful activity to keep high your energy and focus level during the session.
👀 Watching for 30 seconds at a distant point is good for your eyes.
