PoE 3.29 – Reliquary Phantasmal Might, Vaal Storm Call - Uber Cortex map

Описание: Using "Phantasmal Might" from the Reliquary Ascendancy to get: 4000 added physical damage, and by converting it into Lightning it enables "Doryani's Prototype".
"Tattoo of the Kitava Heart Eater" for phasmal uptime in maps, and Dececrate + Volatile Dead vs bosses

Vaal storm call got mega buffed this league, the amount of hits from a single cast went from 24 to 37. About 50% more damage

The build has max block, and decent amount of life. 5% instant leech
I dont have a "100% of Cold and Lightning Damage from Hits taken as Fire Damage" yet (from talisman), so lightning(dot) is the builds biggest weakness

To build futher, you could get a "Dusk ring" that way you can switch out the Amulet for a rare, then try to fit in either "Tempered by War" or "Divine Flesh" from Timeless jewels
And switch to Dawnbreaker on the Reliquarian ascendancy

Altho the build does alot of damage, the uptime is not there in juiced Nightmare boss fights
